LEAP Christian Academy has designed a practical one-on-one leadership coaching solutions package for pastors and other Christian leaders that desire the best possible balance of spiritual/ministry work and personal life as effective leaders. This leadership coaching engagement is especially useful for pastors and other leaders that crave more time to do things that they enjoy but always seem to be ‘too busy’.
Our life coaching engagement is designed to improve the quality of life of the individual Christian through increased personal awareness, knowledge, passion, confidence and trust. The coaching engagement thus focuses on the enhancement of personal attributes that unlock and unleash latent potentials.
LEAP Christian Academy facilitates special coach-training for people that desire to acquire professional training and become certified to operate successful coaching businesses. The professional coach-training programmes are offered in partnership with the International Coaching and Mentoring Institute (“ICMI”), a provider of top quality coach-training, certification and post-training support services.
